Every Saturday morning on the north side of the Jacksonville Beach Pier we host a surf training for the Duval County Special Olympic athletes.  This surf training is preparing them for Area 5 Games at Little Talbot Island July 27 and then State Games in Cocoa Beach in late October.  If you would like to participate as an athlete please contact Special Olympics if you would like to be a coach with the Florida Surfing Association, please email us at fsa@34mwtn.wcbzw.com  You can also visit us on Facebook.  It is a great program, we set up at 7AM and it runs from 7:30 – 8:30AM
